Annexes

General

• The annexes are aimed at completing what is summarily mentioned in the Guidelines text.
• They provide additional information, including details when needed.
• They may themselves refer to sub-annexes (new, additional links). A good example is the breakdown of the annex on dimensions of evaluation.
